El consejo de liderazgo (GLC) is the core of GeoLatinas. These members participate and create initiatives. You can be a GeoLatinas leader if:
- You have an idea for an initiative and want to lead a team!

The Equipos Locales de GeoLatinas (GLT) are a group of people in a particular University or workplace. To be part of a GLT you can:
- Start a new GLT in your university or city and create your own events and initiatives.
- Join an existing GLT you are interested in joining.
